Public Record Collection
Public Record collection is a new service for Quality First Legal Research. These positions are generally part-time 1099 supplemental income positions.  Public Record collection is not a research position. It requires candidates to travel to designated courthouses in their area and document data exactly how it is filed with the court. We provide software and training for the positions at no cost to the applicant.  Laptop computers are preferred for the positions, good communication skills are required, and the ability to work under zero supervision is also required.  Knowledge of court documents is a plus and applicants must hold typing skills, and a GED or high school diploma.   The pay rate for the positions varies depending on the purpose of the data collection and is generally paid on a production scale or per item collected basis. 

Legal Skip Tracers
ATTENTION: Private investigators, legal researchers, experienced skip tracers or those who have experience tracking people down. A growing legal company has a great project for you***

Experienced legal skip tracers needed to work on large case loads each month. This is an on-going full time 1099 project and candidates can work out of their own home or office. You can set your own hours with this position but deadlines must be met each month with NO EXCEPTIONS. Skip tracers who have a large number of accuracy can earn a vast amount of income plus we offer incentive programs and bonuses.

To be considered you must pass a criminal background check and we must be able to verify your skip tracing or related work experience. Applicants must also have great attention to detail, and time management skills. Only those who have a quite office setting will be considered. Other requirements include but are not limited to high speed internet, unlimited long distance, and a strong nationwide public record or skip tracing database. Please note that FREE ONLINE DATABASES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS POSITION.

Our company doesn't charge any start up fees. This is a legit work at home offer that has great pay. The pay ranges from $15-$35 per hour.

Verification agents
Verification agents will workout of their own home or office but must have a quiet office setting. Agents must have high speed Internet, long distance service (unlimited), great communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Agents will verify work submitted and note each account per our policy and procedures. Applicants must have great typing skills and clerical skills, Testing will be provided. Applicants must pass a criminal background check. Pay ranges from $9-$13 per hour based on experience.  ONLY EXPERIENCED TELECOMMUTE WORKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Independent Marketing Representative

SUMMARY
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Marketing reps are independent, work from home and choose their own hours.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Present and sell company products and services to current potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events (will be paid for attending such events). Follow-up for collection of payment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Compensation:

As an independent sales representative, you will make 10% commission on the annual yearly expected income for each client, which will be paid quarterly providing that the client honors and maintains their contract with Quality 1st Legal Research.
